1. Enable Tracking for XbotGo App
• A notification will appear on the app homepage asking, “Allow ‘XbotGo’ to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites?” Please select “Allow.” Alternatively, go to your device’s settings, select the XbotGo app, and ensure “Allow Tracking” is toggled on.
• Next, bind your Facebook account in the XbotGo app by navigating to Settings > Account Settings, and ensure “Facebook” is toggled on.
2. If the Issue Persists, Try These Solutions:
• Check Tracking Permissions: Go to Settings > Privacy & Security > Tracking on your phone and make sure “Allow Apps to Request to Track” is enabled. Once enabled, try toggling on “Allow Tracking” for the XbotGo app again.
• Unbind and Rebind Facebook Account:
To unbind Facebook, follow these steps:
1. Log in to your Facebook account
2. Tap on your profile in the bottom right corner, go to “Settings and Privacy,” then select “Settings.”
3. Scroll down to "Your Activity" and select "Apps and Websites."
4. Find XbotGo, tap the arrow pointing right, and hit "Remove."
5. When prompted, confirm by selecting “Remove.”
6. To rebind, return to Settings > Account Settings in the XbotGo app and reconnect your Facebook account.
**Facebook's New Requirements
As of June 10, 2024, Facebook Live streamers must meet the following requirements to live stream to Pages and Professional Mode Profiles:
1. Your Facebook account must be at least 60 days old.
2. Facebook Pages and “professional mode” Profiles need at least 100 followers. Ensure your account meets these requirements and has live-streaming permissions on Facebook.
