The standard warranty period for all XbotGo products begins on the date the product is received/delivered.

The applicable warranty period depends on the customer's country or region:

• Spain, Portugal, and Sweden: Three (3) years from the date of product receipt/delivery.
• Other European Union (EU) member countries/regions and Saudi Arabia: Two (2) years from the date of product receipt/delivery.
• All other countries or regions: One (1) year from the date of product receipt/delivery.

Important Notice:
The warranty period stated above does not limit any additional rights you may have under applicable local consumer protection laws. Customers in certain regions may be entitled to additional protections or longer coverage periods as required by local regulations.

Warranty Start Date:
The warranty period starts from the date the product is received/delivered.

When determining the warranty period, it is necessary to check whether any extended warranty coverage applies, including customer-purchased Xcotton Product Protection Plan.
