To Live Stream on Facebook, please make sure your account meets the following criteria:
- Log in to Facebook on a desktop browser.
Go to the Facebook Group, Page, or personal profile where you want to post the live stream, click the “Post” section > "more post options".
Click “Live Video” > "Set up Live Video" to open the Live Producer.
Select “Streaming Software”.
Copy the Server URL and Stream Key.
Open the XbotGo app on your phone, click the live icon to start the live streaming setup.
Select “Platform Streaming” choose RTMP, and then click “Next.” A page displaying the stream Address and stream key will be shown for you to fill in.
Copy and paste the URL and stream key from Facebook into the XbotGo App. Please note that if you click Start Livestream directly, the app will default to using your cellular data for streaming.
To modify the livestream resolution or select a different Wi-Fi network, tap “Video & Network Settings”.
To select other Wi-Fi network for live streaming:

Tap “Select Wi-Fi Network”. Choose your Wi-Fi, then enter the password. Once the screen shows “Connected XXX”, the Wi-Fi is successfully connected.

- Tap “Select Wi-Fi Network” > “Set Wi-Fi Network,” then choose your Wi-Fi in your phone’s system settings.
- Return to the app — your Wi-Fi will appear in the XbotGo app list. Select it and enter the password.
Once a checkmark appears next to the Wi-Fi name, the connection is successful.
Go back to the Start Live Stream page and click “Start Livestream”.
When the flame icon appears, your live stream has successfully started.
Go back to the Facebook Live Producer (on desktop). You should now see the video preview - add a title and description, then click “Go Live.”
