Basic Trouble Shooting
- Version Confirmation: Ensure the XbotGo app and the firmware are upgraded to the latest version.
- Battery Level: Ensure your Falcon is fully charged.
- Device Placement: Ensure your Falcon is centred and balanced.
- Positioning: For most sport modes, place your Falcon near the centreline during initialization. Ensure no obstacles are blocking the camera’s field of view.

Scenario Selection: Ensure the correct sport mode is selected and check whether the shooting settings meet the requirements.
- Key settings to check: 'Auto Zoom', 'Auto Tracking', 'XbotGo Pan Angle'.
Tracking Issues
- Poor tracking.
- Try the Basic Troubleshooting Steps first (battery level, device placement, positioning, connection status, version confirmation, scenario selection, etc.).

- No tracking at all.
- Try the Basic Troubleshooting Steps first (battery level, phone position, shooting position, connection status, version confirmation, scene selection, etc.).
- Try to stop shooting and wait for the Falcon to return to its initial position then starting again.

- You may need to turn off your phone's Bluetooth then turn it on again.
- You may need to reset the Chameleon's Bluetooth. (Double click the power button)
