- Ensure the Chameleon is fully charged.
- Upgrade both the XbotGo App and the firmware to the latest version and try again.
- Turn off your phone's Low Power Mode/Do Not Disturb Mode and try again.
- Close and reopen the XbotGo App.
- Reset the Chameleon's Bluetooth by double-clicking the power button and try again.
- Restart Chameleon and try again.
- Check if there are too many historical connections in your phone's Bluetooth settings. Try removing/forgetting some devices and try again.
- Disconnect your phone from other Bluetooth devices and try again.
If the issue persists, please record a video demonstrating the issue. The video should clearly show:
- The Chameleon is powered on and side indicator light is flashing.
- The XbotGo App is unable to connect to the Chameleon.
Then contact our support team at support@xbotgo.com and attach the video for further assistance.
