- Ensure that the remote control is within 10 meters (33 feet) of the phone.
- Ensure that the remote control has sufficient battery power.
- Restart the remote control and try again.
- Reset the remote control’s Bluetooth and try again.
To reset the remote: While the remote is powered on, press and hold the Mark button for more than 3 seconds.
