Step 1: Check Whether the Falcon Device Name Appears in the XbotGo App
On the Device Management page, check whether you can see your Falcon device name (e.g., Xbt-F-XXXXXX) in the device list.
✅ Yes — The Falcon Device Name Is Visible
This means your phone has detected the Falcon. Try the following:
- Ensure the Falcon has sufficient battery.
- Update the XbotGo App to the latest version.
- Tap Refresh in the top-right corner of the Device Management page.
- Close and reopen the XbotGo App.
- Close any VPN, ad-blocking, or network filtering apps, then try connecting again.
- Reset the Falcon’s Bluetooth by double-pressing the power button, then try connecting again.
- Restart the Falcon and try again.
- If the Falcon’s side indicator light is solid, it is already connected to another phone. Disconnect it from the other phone before trying again.
- If your phone has many saved Bluetooth devices, remove or forget any unused devices, then try connecting again.
- Factory reset the Falcon, then try connecting again. (With the device powered on, press and hold both the Main Position Button(A) and the M1 simultaneously for more than 10 seconds.)
- For Samsung/Android users, try turn off Intelligent Wi-Fi / Switch to mobile data setting, as these settings may cause the phone to disconnect from the Falcon’s Wi-Fi network.
❌ No — The Falcon Device Name Does Not Appear
This means your phone cannot detect the Falcon. Please check the following:
- Ensure the Falcon has sufficient battery.
- Confirm the Falcon is fully powered on. The startup process is complete after the Falcon lens finishes its up-and-down calibration movement.
- Update the XbotGo App to the latest version.
- Make sure Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both enabled on your phone.
- Check that the XbotGo App has Bluetooth permission enabled.
- (iPhone only) Enable Local Network permission:
- Settings → XbotGo → Enable “Local Network”
- Close any VPN, ad-blocking, or network filtering apps, then try connecting again.
- Turn off Low Power Mode or Do Not Disturb, then try again.
- Reset the Falcon’s Bluetooth by double-pressing the power button, then try connecting again.
- Restart the Falcon.
- Close and reopen the XbotGo App.
