How to Check and Update Your XbotGo App Version

Check Your Current App Version

1. Open the XbotGo app.
2. Go to Account > Settings.

3. Your app version is displayed at the bottom of the page.

   

Check the Latest Version Available

1. To confirm whether your XbotGo app is updated to the latest version, check the official XbotGo app page on your device’s app store:
   • iOS (App Store): XbotGo on the App Store
   • Android (Google Play): XbotGo on Google Play Store
2. Open the corresponding link above and compare the app version shown on the store page with the version displayed in your app.
3. If an update is available, tap Update to install the latest version.
4. If you only see Open, you are already using the latest version available for your device.

Why Don’t I See the Latest Version?

You may not see the latest version because:

• The update is being rolled out gradually.
• Your device doesn’t meet the minimum supported OS requirement. The XbotGo app requires iOS 16 or later on iPhone.
• The App Store or Google Play Store hasn’t refreshed yet. Try refreshing the store or checking again later.

If the update isn’t available, please check again within 24–72 hours.
