How to delete XbotGo Account

Delete Your Account

1. Open the XbotGo app, go to "Account" > "Settings".
2. Tap Account Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account.
4. Tap Send Code. A verification code will be sent to your registered email address to complete the security verification.
5. Enter the verification code and tap Next.

6. Tap Delete Anyway to confirm.

   

Before You Delete Your Account

Before proceeding with account deletion, please note the following:

1. Deleting your account does not exempt you from any prior obligations or responsibilities.
2. Account deletion is permanent. Once your XbotGo ID is deleted, it cannot be restored. You will permanently lose access to all account-related information, including:
   • Profile information
   • Cloud storage
   • Any unused benefits or services
3. After your account is successfully deleted, your personal information will be deleted or anonymized in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. However, certain log records will be retained for at least six months as required by law.
4. Account deletion is typically completed within 24 hours. If your account is in an abnormal state or you cannot complete the security verification, please contact [e-mail] for assistance.
5. Third-party accounts are not automatically unlinked. If your XbotGo account is linked to third-party services (such as Facebook or Apple ID), you will need to manage or unlink those connections separately.
