GameChanger Livestream Guide - XbotGo Devices

XbotGo cameras are GameChanger-compatible, allowing users to utilize XbotGo cameras with the GameChanger platform for livestreaming. This guide explains how to start a livestream from the GameChanger app.

By following the steps below, users can set up their XbotGo camera and initiate livestreaming through the GameChanger app.

1. Connect your XbotGo device through the XbotGo App.  

   

2. Enter the shooting interface in the XbotGo App.  

   

3. Open the GameChanger App, set up your livestream or recording settings, select “External Camera”, choose your audience settings, and select XbotGo as the external camera. 

   

4. You will then be redirected to the XbotGo App.  When the livestream start notification pops up in the XbotGo App, tap Yes to complete the setup.  

   

5. Your livestream will start automatically.

   

🛜 Wi-Fi Setup for XbotGo Falcon Device

When using XbotGo Falcon for GameChanger livestreaming, the livestream will use your mobile data connection by default.

If you want to use a Wi-Fi connection for livestreaming, please set up the Wi-Fi connection in the XbotGo App Live settings before opening the GameChanger App.

1. Click the live icon to start the live streaming setup.

   

2. Tap “Video & Network Settings”.

   

   • (iPhone)

     Tap “Select Wi-Fi Network”. Choose your Wi-Fi, then enter the password. Once the screen shows “Connected  XXX”, the Wi-Fi is successfully connected.

     

   • (Andriod)
     1. Tap “Select Wi-Fi Network” > “Set Wi-Fi Network,” then choose your Wi-Fi in your phone’s system settings.
     2. Return to the app — your Wi-Fi will appear in the XbotGo app list. Select it and enter the password.

     3. Once a checkmark appears next to the Wi-Fi name, the connection is successful.

        

3. Once the Wi-Fi setup is completed, only open the GameChanger App and continue with the livestream setup steps above.
